Lima traffic ranks among the world's worst — the answer is to not need it. The coastal districts chain together by the malecón and the Costa Verde road; apps (Uber, Cabify, DiDi, inDrive) are cheap (Miraflores→Barranco 8–14 PEN / $2–4) and the Metropolitano BRT (~3.2 PEN) covers the north–south spine.
