Do I have to pay anything to list my property?
No. Listing on RentiHome is completely free. We only charge a low 8% commission on completed bookings — no listing fees, subscription fees, or setup costs of any kind.
Can I keep my Airbnb listing active?
Yes. We don't require exclusivity. Many of our hosts list on multiple platforms and simply block dates on each when they confirm a booking. We just ask that you update your availability promptly to avoid double bookings.
How and when do I get paid?
Guests pay in full at the time of booking through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. Once the guest checks in, you get paid your full listed price minus our 8% commission. We'll agree on the payment method that works best for you when you onboard.
What if a guest damages my property?
Every booking includes guest identity verification and a signed Terms of Service that holds guests liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear. We assist with documentation and communication, but hosts are responsible for maintaining their own property insurance and pursuing any damage claims directly. We recommend all hosts carry appropriate landlord insurance.
