San Antonio — it's the answer to most versions of this question.
Heating for winter stays — the San Miguel question: fireplaces are charming and mini-splits are effective, but many colonials have neither; Nov–Feb nights near freezing make this the first filter, not the last. The noise radius — church bells, rooftop bars and saint's-day rockets are all block-specific; ask what's within one block and when the nearest bar closes. The climb-count — hills and interior staircases define daily life here: ask the walking minutes to the Jardín, uphill or down, and how many stairs to the bedroom. Sun orientation matters too: winter-sunny patios earn their premium.
